So My dad asked me to get a couple boxes from the trunk of the car. What is it?
What? An apple?
It is! YES! Indeed a very awesome early birthday gift.
Although I’m much partial to eggplants myself.
So we’re around the midpoint of the summer meaning that we’ve only got a month or two before we start our collegiate careers. And this first half, it’s been interesting to say the least. I’ve experienced much, and added to my list of things to accomplish in one year.
The expriences include:
Things to do in one year:
But between these wonderful moments of fun and excitement, I’ve been working on my freecell game. I like to believe I’ve gotten to be quite good.
Oh my goodness, I forgot all about you. I’m terribly sorry. You can literally read my sincerity. Anyway, let’s not delay any longer, my choice pictures of my pilgrimage to SoKor.
So as soon as we landed, I was ready for two weeks with family.
Ahh, yes SoKor where Nature is next door to the Old…
… and the Old is neighbors with the New.
SoKor is a place where I thought of what I missed out on…
and appreciated the things I just plain missed.
It’s a place where I took in the big…
…and the small.
All in all, it’s a place where you can chill out, lay back, and look at the sky…
…and take count of the important things in life.
I miss you already, SoKor. I promise to visit again very soon.
With the 2008 Beijing Olympics a mere 32 days away, it is time to gear the attention towards athletes. Athletes who deserve such inquiry and attention. I am the wielder of an untrained eye and an over opinionated mouth, but the athletes to look for should be Tyson Gay, Allyson Felix, Lolo Jones, Jeremy Wairner, David Oliver, and Terrence Trammell.
Oh, and a nod towards Robert Beamon the Long Jumper, and Amy Chow the Gymnast and Pole Vaulter. Outstanding athletes with great priorities.
